Snow Dyeing

At art guild we did some snow dying

Soaked the fabric for 20 min in soda ash, layered on top of mesh, then a layer of snow. 

Tried my hand at snow dyeing...so cool

Used soda ash as mordant

Soy milk as mordant...big difference in saturation!
